Tom Weymouth

Senior Adviser - IFA, UK & International

Tom has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years, beginning his career in 1988 with The Royal Bank of Scotland. He qualified as a financial adviser in 1993 and has worked for several high street banks including Woolwich and Barclays, as well as Grant Thornton, an accountancy firm, providing financial advice to a wide range of clients. Tom has an impressive set of qualifications and is currently a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. In 2020 Tom furthered his education by completing a Masters degree in Financial Planning and Business Management.

Tom has worked for Mark Dean Wealth Management since 2019 and is committed to staying with the business long-term. He is currently in the process of becoming a 50% shareholder.

Tom has a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing valuable financial advice and coaching, helping them to make the right decisions to secure their future.

His clients include:

  • Professionals and entrepreneurs/self-employed people who need to plan for their future for when work commitments subside.
  • People who have inherited money and need guidance (referrals also come from lawyers and accountants who trust in Tom’s expertise to advise their clients).
  • Existing retirees who need to ensure their financial security while helping their children.
  • Clients who are asset rich and time poor.
  • People planning for later life.

Tom lives in Hertfordshire with his wife Sue and has 2 daughters, one is studying at University in Sussex and the other lives at home and works locally. Tom has a Cocker Spaniel called Winnie who is a big part of the family. He enjoys family walks, holidays, playing golf and following his favourite football team.
